Dietary Requirements

Expression of interest for activities

We are looking at organising the following activities, please register your interest below indicating the number interested in attending, please note all these activities will be held either the Thursday afternoon or the Sunday afternoon.

Once we receive your expression of interest we will send you final details and payment instructions so we can confirm your attendance.

The Inaugural COKS Golf Tournament

We will be running the Inaugural COKS Golf Tournament on the Sunday afternoon.  We have managed to secure limited tee times on the Remarkables Course at Millbrook Golf Course on Sunday afternoon, these will commence from 1pm and last tee-time is 2.30pm.  If you would like to play in the Inaugural COKS Golf Tournament then please register below so we can secure this.

Golf on Thursday

We are looking at securing a golf course on the Thursday, if you are interested in playing, can you indicate your interest below and we will make contact with you on these arrangements.

Queenstown Wine Tour

Join us for a fun and informative journey through four of Queenstown’s top wineries, with all tastings included, starting at Gibbston Valley Winery, then Kinross, following on to Mt Rosa Wines, before finishing at Ayrburn Winery. During this tour guests will taste over 18 different wines, with 4 being hosted tastings inside the wine cellars.  

Time for tour:  10am – 4pm
Maximum numbers:  14 people
Cost per person:  $265

Wine & Craft Beer Tour

There’s more to life than wine. There’s also beer. Join our lively afternoon beer and wine tour, visiting 3 different locations, Gibbston Tavern, then to Kinross, before finishing at Canyon Brewery.  Choose between craft beer or wine at each location, all tastings and antipasto platters included.

Time for tour:  3pm – 7pm
Maximum numbers:  14 people
Cost per person:  $265

Bike Hire

This is a great way of exploring the area surrounding Millbrook and Queenstown. A limited number of Mountain bikes are available on-site and can have E-Bikes delivered to the resort on request, please note for hiring E-bikes we require at least 48 hours’ notice.

The prices for these are as follows:

Mountain Bike, 1-Hour-$30. 2-Hours-$35. 4-Hours-$42. Full Day-$55
E-Bikes are only available to book for a full day, the price for this is $130

Tsquared Events is committed to following fair business practices. To this end we assure customers that the operation of this website follows the Model Code for Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce published by the New Zealand Ministry of Commerce, and that we faithfully observe our obligations as set out by the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Payments processed on this website will appear on your bank statement with the payee listed as ‘Tsquared Events'.

Pricing

Any prices displayed are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and Include NZ GST at the applicable rate, unless stated otherwise.

Paid Event Registrations

Once you have registered for this event you will be invoiced by Tsquared Events and payment is required at that point.

Tsquared Events reserves the right to defer or cancel any event if there are insufficient bookings or conditions arising beyond our control.

Tsquared Events reserves the right to not refund fees when cancellation by the registrant has occurred. Cancellations by registrants will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Individuals are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations. Tsquared Events does not accept liability for hotel, travel or meal costs before, during or after the event.

Payment

Payment is required either by credit card on completion of your registration, or by direct debit within 7 days of receiving your invoice. Tsquared Events will issue receipts for all payments received.

Registration cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to tanya@tsquaredevents.co.nz
Cancellations received on or before 25 September 2026 will be charged an administration fee of $100.
No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 25 September 2026 (including “no shows” at the conference).

We collect your personal information in order to register and communicate with conference attendees. Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter your contact information, we'll be unable to register you for the conference. We keep your contact information safe by storing in EventsAIR and this is only accessed by Tsquared Events.  EventsAIR does not store any credit card details when delegates pay, that information is simply sent to the payment gateway.  You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
