Registration

There are three options for registration to this meeting.

Full members can register as a Delegate and this will be for the meeting commencing at midday on Friday and will exclude the Registrar Hindfoot Trauma teaching session.

Registrars are welcome to attend this meeting and they can either attend the registrar only or the full meeting selecting the following options:

  • Full attendance includes the Friday morning hindfoot trauma teaching session and attendance to the rest of the meeting.
  • Friday morning session will only include the hindfoot trauma teaching session which includes morning tea only.

General

Tsquared Events is committed to following fair business practices. To this end we assure customers that the operation of this website follows the Model Code for Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce published by the New Zealand Ministry of Commerce, and that we faithfully observe our obligations as set out by the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Payments processed on this website will appear on your bank statement with the payee listed as ‘Tsquared Events'.

Pricing

Any prices displayed are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include NZ GST at the applicatable rate, unless stated otherwise.

Paid Event Registrations

Once you have registered for this event you will be invoiced by Tsquared Events and payment is required at that point.

Tsquared Events reserves the right to defer or cancel any event if there are insufficient bookings or conditions arising beyond our control.

Tsquared Events reserves the right to not refund fees when cancellation by the registrant has occurred. Cancellations by registrants will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Individuals are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations. Tsquared Events does not accept liability for hotel, travel or meal costs before, during or after the event.

Payment

Payment is required either by credit card on completion of your registration, or by direct debit within 14 days of receiving your invoice. Tsquared Events will issue receipts for all payments received.

Registration cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to tanya@tsquaredevents.co.nz
Cancellations received one month before will be charged an administration fee of $100.
No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after one month prior to the meeting (including “no shows” at the conference).

We collect your personal information in order to register and communicate with conference attendees. Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter your contact information, we'll be unable to register you for the conference. We keep your contact information safe by storing in EventsAIR and this is only accessed by Tsquared Events.  EventsAIR does not store any credit card details when delegates pay, that information is simply sent to the payment gateway.  You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
