Millbrook Resort is a multi-award-winning five star resort nestled within the Southern Alps of New Zealand, an area world famous for its rare, unspoiled natural beauty.

We have available four tiers of luxurious five star accommodation available as follows:

The above bedroom rates are NZ$ and include GST.

Families attending:  Millbrook have Two Bedroom Homes, Three Bedroom Homes and Four Bedroom Homes around the Resort. These are not in the Resort Centre, these are listed on the booking link and will be booked subject to availability.

Pre and Post Conference Extensions:  Accommodation rates quoted are valid for three nights pre/post the meeting dates, subject to availability.

How to book:

2. Select the number of Adults and Children you are booking for
3. Select the drop-down arrow next to ‘Add Code’
4. Select ‘Group Attendee’ from the Discount Code dropdown list
5. Enter the code NZSES2025 in the box below
6. Hit ‘ADD’
7. This will take you to the calendar with days available to book at the discounted rate highlighted with a rate displayed.
8. Select your arrival and departure dates.
9. Select your room type 
10. Provide required details.  Please advise in the 'Additional Comments'
11. If you would like to guarantee this reservation it is settled by credit card
12. Provide required details and proceed to confirm booking.  Do not close the pop-up on 'Payment Checkout'.  Click 'next' to be redirectly back to the Millbrook website, confirming your booking. 
13. If you do not received a booking confirmation via email, please contact the hotel directly.

Cancel or amend your booking:

If you need to amend or cancel your reservation, this can be done online using your unique confirmation number included in your email confirmation.

Terms and Conditions:

The group rates are valid until 30 days prior to arrival (9th June 2025). After this date, the above rates will revert back to the rate of the day (as shown on the Millbrook website) and all rooms will be subject to availability going forward.

Upon the delegates booking accommodation direct with Millbrook Resort valid credit card details will be taken for each reservation.

Deluxe Studio, One Bedroom Suite, Two Bedroom Suite

If the delegate cancels the booking within 30 days of arrival, a cancellation fee equal to one night accommodation will be taken as a cancellation fee.

Should the delegate wish to cancel the reservation within 72 hours of arrival, a cancellation fee equal to the full stay amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Resort Homes

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable 120 days prior to your scheduled arrival day. This means that transferring your booking to alternative dates will be considered as cancelling the original dates, and the deposit cannot be applied towards the new dates. Furthermore, please be aware that any requests to decrease the duration of your stay or change to a different accommodation type may also incur in a penalty.

The remaining balance must be settled no later than 14 days prior to your arrival date. In the event of any cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date, including decreasing the number of nights or changing to a different accommodation type, 100% of the prepayment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Greener Stay - Removal of Daily Servicing

Millbrook’s commitment to achieve environmentally sustainable tourism means the resort no longer facilitates daily room servicing.

As a result of our Greener Stay programme launch in 2022, we successfully eliminated more than 28,000kg of CO2e from going into the atmosphere. This is equivalent to flying the entire circumference of the world almost five times.

As a thank you for supporting us on our mission to create a better and healthier environment, we will credit each Deluxe Studio and Suite with $25 for every night booked (excluding the arrival night) to use at any of our resort outlets.
